Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When offering an extended protection plan and someone asks the representative what they should know before investing. It’s probably a good idea to tell them that they can only use it 1 time, and that their product doesn’t qualify for fix or repair but only for an exchnage for the same item and the protectiom cancels after. I will no longer be investing on this iter or shopping at best buy because of this experience, i wish you guys where up front and not just try to sell products and have the costumer steuggle down the line because of someone trying to meet quotas.

Don’t buy it you need 10 yr warranty
