it's good to have some kind of protection plan on your items. they cost to much money when trying to get it repair.

My AC unit broke and since I had the Geek Squad coverage on it, Best But returned the unit for me and gave me a gift card for a new unit. I am currently waiting for it to arrive!

Got Geek Squad protection for the portable a/c, hopefully we don't need it. I've used geek squad in the past with my iPhones and they were able to solve any issues that arose.

I always get the warranty with every purchase I make. I've never had a problem. Great customer service. I had a refrigerator go and they covered the food that I lost.

You must always but geek squad. I've not yet had to use it. I know that when I do need it I will not be disappointed.

This plan is well worth the money for an AC Unit in case your appliance unit breaks down or needs replacement parts. Best buy's extended accidental warranty insurance is what it says it is.

Did not end up using it but it is smart to have insurance if the item breaks down with in the protection period.
