    I personally do not like how the store Geek Squad deals differently than the online geek squad. My issues is that best but doesn't repair or fix the ac units they pay a third party to do it and I had issues with that outside company. They are the only ones who could service it and they did a poor job to do so.,

    Dehumidifier crapped out just after 15 days. Purchased 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection thinking it would provide peace of mind and a replacement if something went wrong. I thought wrong and all this provided was a store credit for the cost of the item and I'm out the money spent on 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection. Best Buy has really gone down hill and it's sad.
