    Absolutely horrible service. Geek squad protection was a waste of time. My air conditioner is not working during a heat wave and instead of fixing it, they want me to drop it off, send it out for service, and then get it back…. In three weeks! Mind you, when we got the protection plan this was not relayed and when i made the service appointment, this was not told to me. Ill never get an appliance or protection plan with best buy again!

    Peace of mind for protection on a dehumidifier is key for me......so many past dehumidifiers have failed inside 4 years.
