I bought this to cool my bedroom as I have a casement window and can’t use a regular window unit. With coverage for the rest of the window I was able to install this very easily myself. Upon turning it on it had my bedroom cool within 15 min. I am more than happy with this purchase. It cools well and even has a remote. I have had it for 3 days and have yet to see any leaks and I run it for 10-16 hours a day. Couldn’t have bought a better machine

Had this warranty for prior unit. Geek squad replaced it, no questions.

Bought this to cool a 1000 square foot room that had no air conditioning vents. It was a sun room converted to a room but it was still warm in the summer and cool in the winter. We will use this as an AC unit in the summer and a dehumidifier in the winter. Cools well, control panel lights can be turned off and it is keeping the room at a very nice temperature. So far we are very happy with this purchase.
