We buy some products from BestBuy just because of this protection plan vs buying it from another box store or online retailer.

One of the stereo components did not work and they refused to go to a nearby Best Buy and exchange it. They said I would have to schedule another installation. I was very busy and when I called to reschedule they said I waited too long and they refused any exchange or refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friendhavent used thank goodness

Id rather be safe than sorry bc I’ve been very sorry before when something has broke and there was not a single thing I could do.
