Terrible customer service

Purchased a Kitchenaid stove and with it the extra service. When I needed service - guess what? Had to contact Kitchenaid directly to schedule the service myself and provide my purchase documents for proof of purchase myself. Needless to say I did not renew.

Honor your warranties

I am within warrenty and they had me leave message after message to ge who never calls you back. Its a rip off and now i swelter after paying 600 to buy this product. 1 year later.

1-800- Contract Geek Squad Suck

Not what it used to be

Especially when they took off the renewal option for their protection plans. Do not get if you don’t have to.
