    Geek squad arrived on time, did a wonderful install on our 65" screen, wall mounted, with sound bar, providing explainations as they proceeded.

    Geek squad protection at a price that was reasonable to the price of the item purchased. One of those thing you buy that you hope you never have to use. But there is peace of mind knowing it's there to protect our new TV.

    I have had Geek Squad protection since I bought my computer and laptop. I have put it to great use. All I have to do is call the number and someone is there to help me. When I had a hardware problem I was told to take the computer to the store. The Geek Squad fixed that problem also and because I had the contract there was no charge. Since I am an older senior citizen I do not have the know how to fix the more complicated problems. Just call the Geek Squad is my motto. They are always there and will help you out, and with a smile.

    I had one year left on this extended warranty which really paid off about a year ago when I returned to my summer and found my 75" Panasonic dead. The first technician who showed up was less than friendly, though in all fairness, did a good job of the initial installation, when I got my regular Geek Squad tech out to finish the job, everything worked out beautifully.

    5 week days to wait first tim then needed parts tell that after 3 days then another 5 days for a tv when the troubles is over for this tv i wont buy nothing from best buy maybe 30 miles away is too much for a store and geek squad leaves a lot to be desired i bougt the same tv thru amazon i should of kept it

    I was happy with Insignia 50" bought two, one went down a year later, glad I purchased a warranty! I would purchase purchase again only with warranty. I purchased two 50" Samsung's that lasted 2 and 3 years that didn't have warranty. I have a 48" Panasonic Plasma from 2008 that's still strong. I have family and friends that own Insignia for years with no issues. Bottom line, luck of the draw, buy a warranty!

    It's insurance. Something you gamble on, not knowing and hoping you will ever need it. But if you do, my TV is covered completely for five years!

    Five year peace of mind on an Insignia TV.

    The five year warranty seemed like a good choice when purchasing my first Insignia brand TV. I had previously always purchased a major national brad and wanted a bit of peace of mind. I have not yet needed the warranty after just a few months but that is all going.

    Great value if you can’t afford to replace the tv. I’ve never had to use geek squad. The policy goes into effect after one year of purchase. Sometimes dealing with Sony or lg isn’t the best experience. Depending on how big your tv is you might value the in home service.

    TV failed after 2 years (hdmi ports not working anymore). Luckily I had the geek squad warranty on it and was able to exchange it for an upgraded model. Can’t go without putting the warranty on my electronics for sure. I wish they had it for apple items as well, but I get it.

    If you are buying something that is electronic, you will want this for the peace of mind. I have this on all my PC's, peripherals and TV's. I have had numerous issues resolved by bringing a PC into the store and I have had an in home visit for a large printer issue. Good people, they know what they are doing and the price is right.. do this, you wont regret it.

    I dealt with another brand TV for 8 months. Intermittent jittering was the issue. They finally refunded all my my funds and I purchased the LG OLED TV. I couldn't be any happier. The picture is amazing, even when the source is 1080P. A 4K source is phenomenal. If you research upscaling, you will find that it is quite a feat, to do it right. LG's OS has it figured it out. Others have not.

    Strongly recommend this if you are purchasing an oled tv. I recently had to use mine for burn in on an oled tv. Best Buy took care of it with no issue.
