    Can’t really say much but I do know they honor their service and they do get things fixed. If they don’t they will replace a new item so I can say the service is.

    Absolutely excellent decision as my TV needed a repair within 12months and completely replaced within 24months. WARRANTY was well worth it as the service was great and the replacement went so smoothly that we had new TV on the wall within 3days.

    Worth it for extra warranty type coverage

    I appreciate the addition of extended warranty a lot for electronics and other devices. Best Buy is good at taking care of issues that occur down the road, particularly if you have this extra coverage.

    So I mainly purchased this so I could get a warranty and let professionals install our ridiculously expensive entertainment system. Well we have had nothing but issues. So... had to get a replacement TV (Sony - 85" Class X950G), wifi disabled completely, fine whatever. They reinstalled the new one, cool. Definitive speakers (High-Performance 10" 3-way Tower Speaker) constantly pop even when the TV is not even on. Our Logitech remote (Harmony Elite) has issues switching inputs/devices almost every single time we use it. Only when using the smart TV apps it randomly shuts off with the Receiver (Pioneer - Elite 9.2-Ch). Geek squad has been out twice since installation, can't figure out why the smart tv/receiver turns off by itself, can't figure out why speakers always pop, and did absolutely nothing to the smart remote... still have all the same issues over 6 months later. Wife wants to return everything back if we could.

    Recently I called to have a service done on my TV that I got from Best Buy. They were quick to respond to my request, but how my TV wasn't able to be fix they helped me find a replacement one.

    I had a five-year plan on my previous TV which went up unexpectedly. It took a couple weeks to have the TV looked at but they found it done. When they issued the replacement they gave me full value towards the new one. I actually upgraded my TV from the 50 inch switch died to a new 55 inch same brand for about 30 bucks!

    Great Warranty Option!

    This is a great (refundable) option if you want protection. Bought it for my last TV and when we relocated and left the TV behind, Best Buy prorated my refund and I got a good chunk of change back, so my warranty fee wasn't wasted on something I no longer owned! Great way to go for peace of mind protection.

    If I am going to invest in such a expensive item as my 75 in tv [X900F], then I have to purchase insurance on this. Hope I never have to use it. Always rely on Best Buy for a lot of my needs, especially my major electronics. They are quite knowledgeable and eager to provide their input. Please, do ever remove this store so close from my home here in Kendall.

    ALWAYS BUY TV WARRANTY

    I know people look at warranties as a way for companies to gain more money from you, but I am a BIG fan of Best Buy's warranties. For one, why would you spend hundreds of dollars on a product and not cover it? You don't buy a car and not get insurance? I've had great luck with ALL of my electronics (knock on wood) but I still don't want to risk it. If I spend hundreds of dollars on a product, its an investment that I want to make sure is covered.

    Amust for expensive items

    Great product to have for those expensive items! Unfortunately we had to us it numerous times for our 70 in. 4K t.v. and had to swap out for a new set in just 4 months. With a bit of back and forth, was able to get the warranty prorated and transferred to the new set. Otherwise, the warranty is considered fulfilled once a new set comes into play. This part of the policy I do not agree with. Even so, I would still recommend it

    So easy and worth it! 5 year protection plan on a Hi Sense tv, it lasted about 4. 2 phone calls and 3 days later, brand new TV delovered to my door and they hauled away the old.

    Very easy to communicate with when I had questions regarding a tv I purchased a few years ago. They were nice and friendly and offered me good advice when trying to figure out how to expand my tv’s storage.
