the geek squad was very helpful I brought in a few computers that were outdated and irreparable and they were able to retrieve my info and pictures onto a harddrive. they were friendly quick and efficient

Had purchased a sumsung tv from another retailer strike 1, tv had a problem so contacted their their warranty department with no resolve Strike 2, was treated very poorly Strike 3 !!! Have learned my lesson now and will only purchase my quality items from Best Buy and their warranty group…

As a best buy employee our geek squad protection on this product is definitely worth it for my partner and I. I feel confident in knowing that if our TV falls or the screen goes out, we will have multiple solutions/options in the future.

Love the television but really appreciated Steven Wrenn of Geek Squad who installed it within my home theater group. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining everything to me. I also purchased at his suggestion a master remote controller. He programmed and again explained how to find everything I needed. I LOVE having one device do it all. If I ever need a Geek Squad service call I hope Steven is one to respond. I have been getting the Geek Squad protection on my Best Buy purchases for years. It's definitely worth it as they will either fix the problem or replace the item with the newest model if the model isn't available any longer. I love having the piece of mind knowing that if something happens, I don't have to spend a ton of money to replace it. Geek Squad is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Definitely worth the money for larger purchases.

Great service after factor warranty has expired. Customer service has always been great and we purchase this on all our Electronics . Very pleased with our service after the sale.

With the cost of UHD 4K TVs rising, we could justify the cost of a 100% 5 year warranty through the GEEK Squad to give us peace of mind. We had the recent experience of another brand TV dying completely 2 months after the manufacturers warranty expired but was able to get a new 4K 60" TV at no cost to us under our extended warranty.

The previous TV was under extended warranty, that really saved us. Highly recommend buying the extended warranty, lightning or electrical surge protection well worth it. We have a High dollar surge protector, it DID NOT prevent or protect or TV.

I bought a TV in 2017 and also purchased a 5 year Geek Squad warranty. I know some people will say warranties usually expire before you need them, but in this case, I was so glad I had it. The old TV suddenly stopped working, Geek Squad sent someone to check it out, it could not be repaired, so they replaced it with a new TV. I purchased another 5 year warranty for this new TV.

Only used the service once so far but it was simple and the Geek Squad were very helpful!
