This service really puts me at ease when buying a brand I'm not familiar with. When looking for a new TV, I read good reviews and the price was awesome but the manufacture was new to me. I felt comfortable enough to buy it because I had this service backing it up for the new few years.

I have had this support for many years now and it sure has cut down all the frustrations of any problems with a computer and Ipad and more. My computers have lasted much longer with the Geek Squad help too.

Worry free protection. Never know when things can and will go wrong.

For expensive items, such as TVs, computers, appliances, and electronics the extra cost for the protection is a must. The Best Buy warranty and service has been awesome in my personal experience. They either fix or replace your items plus help with product questions.

Geek Squad was accommodating in that they replaced my 5 year warranty that was purchased in April of 2017 and gave me a new one that started with my new TV purchased October 2020, they had to replace since my old tv that I purchased in April 2017 was damaged when it was sent to be repaired by Geek Squad.

I trust geek squad. I paid it once and im guaranteed to be stress free

I purchased the protection plan because I have used them in the past. My past tv motherboard went out and I was able to get paid for my last tv because the cost to fix the tv was more than the tv was worth. I love their protection plans.

The protection for any product should be mandatory. Any issues later Best Buy will replace it no questions Ask. At least to me. I always purchase the extra warranty on any high end appliances, computers and tvs. Highly recommend this.

I have never had to use this for this tv. Price is decent for a warranty on a tv tho

Buying extra warranty always gives piece of mind . They replaced a washer for me before.

I purchased this for a little peace of mind. Because the oled tv is a little more expensive I didn't want to have to worry about any problems that might pop up.

I've used this type of protection on products I've purchased in the past, and it was helpful to have it in place when needed. Fortunately, I have not used this very often, and I hope I do not need to for this most recent purchase. I'm giving it 5 stars based on ease of use for past products I've owned that needed replacement, repair, or a quick tweak at the store.

Thankfully I haven't had to use this service as of yet, but there's nothing like that piece of mind should anything malfunction. I purchased this protection plan for a Smart TV purchase, and would recommend anyone making a high end purchase to get this protection plan. It only cost a few bucks extra and could really help should anything happen to your tech equipment.

My 4-year old LG OLD developed screen burn-in and within 3 to 4 days of contacting the Geek Squad it was replaced with the latest model at no cost to me.

This service is a MUST for all your tech. They are able to fix or replace any tech concern
