I have not had any trouble with the TV I purchased this policy for. However this TV replaced another one that I had the Geek Squad protection on. The TV could not be repaired so Best Buy just gave me back the amount I paid and I purchase the TV I currently have. It truly was no hassle.

Purchased an LG-24" TV for child's college dorm room. She was able to call the GS to help her set up the TV. She was pleased with the information and instructions provided by the tech and they were able to get the TV set up quickly.

Bought an expensive TV. screen went bad in 4th year well after manufacture warranty. Best Buy replaced with new TV INCLUDING INSTALLATION. I did some upgrading at the same time and paid for that. Great service and backup.

I almost always purchase the geek squad protection on my items and it has actually come in handy before. Very easy to use. I have peace of mind knowing I'm protected if something does happens to quit working or has an issue.

Have always shopped at Bestbuy because of geek squad.Great service and staff .Haventbdisappointed us yet at least not at University Bestbuy in Florida.I’m confident all others won’t disappoint either. Hopefully new yearly service is just as well as monthly per item service.

The guys took my tv and sent it for repair since it had a protection plan. Unfortunately my tv was repairable and was given the oportunity to get another. I decided to upgrade with the help of a team member. Thanks Best Buy for coming through.

I usually get an extended warranty like this on TVs. I think the price that Bestbuy offers for them and I feel that the coverage makes it a great deal!

Geek Squad service is so GOOD, you'll almost want your equipment to break down. Which it probably won't.Just, if it does, you can count on quick and fair resolution of any concern. Which is why I am loyal to Best Buy.

so if u need to return your tv after 1 year and u have a 5 year warranty u loose 4 years of it because u have to buy a new warranty for the new tv they give u. my advise is to get a 2 year warranty and just renew it 3 months before just incase its breaks sooner than later

Anytime I buy anything from Best Buy I always put insurance on it . It’s great because if something goes wrong with it or it gets damaged they will cover it and fix it , if they can’t then they replace it .

4 stars if I have to use it…. 5 stars if I don’t have to use it
