I refuse to purchase any item now a days without an extended warranty, due to the fact that most items are built with quality in mind first before the profit being made so with tailgate being said an Best Buy extended warranty will ensure you that you at least get your money's worth.

Bestbuy had the only extended warranty that I saw specifically for OLED burn-in, which is always a possibility. This gives me peace of mind after buying a very expensive TV

for tv it was kind of brutal . The tv was broke the guy had to come out and change the main board in the tv before giving us a new tv. So this took almost 2 months. We did not have a tv for almost 2 months Every time they came they had to replace the same thing ... The tv was 500 dollars instead of replacing it they spent 3000 on 3 boards that did not work, whatever they had to pay the guys to come out and work every time for 2 hours, This was honestly ridiculous. Nothing made sense. luckily we finally got the replacement after the 3rd time and thats the only reason we get 1 more star.

Well I rated it 5 stars but I will have to evaluate that based upon my first use, which I hope never occurs. It is quite impossible to rate a warranty package before you actually use it.

Worth having when buying any electronic merchandise from Best Buy, just to cover yourself. We had a Sony 55" Tv that blew up after four years, and we got a new Tv because we had the extra protection in warranty.

Best thing about Bestbuy is the warranty and the customer service top-notch. I would recommend it to anyone.

I strongly recommend anyone purchasing electronics buying the protection plan is the way to go.

Got The Extra Protection Just In Case Something Happens!! To Me For Certain Items Always Worth It

Haven't had any issues with the television and mounted the television myself on existing wall mount. Haven't had to use the Geek Squad protection so no issues. Always have been satisfied with the service received from Best Buy.

I am so glad I add the warranty, to know my tv is covered gives me an added bonus to my new purchase.

I've purchased the two years protection because of economic reasons, but when it time to renew I will have that option. Hopefully I will never have to use it but I'm glad it's a option for me just in case I do.

A little expensive but my experience with their warranty policy has been pleasant. I haven’t had any issues with this TV but I feel confident any problems will be resolved satisfactorily! Installers were polite and efficient.

due to the impending circumstances that happen on a daily life - it is always good to be safe - I have had issues in the past and if it was not for me having this extra protection - I would be in sad shape - I always get the protection even if I keep the item for 10 years - it may happen down the line

The geek squad protection warranty is awesome and it would be worth to purchase it

I usually buy the warranty for the products I purchase at Best Buy. I have used the warranties I have purchased in the past for every one of my washers. I would recommend at least getting the warranty on any washer purchased.

Get a warranty! With the way electronics are now a day, its worth getting the warranty.

Have never had to use this other than once and it was prompt and effective service. Geek Squad technician knowledge levels are actually pretty good and my theory is to buy a model level down and pay for the extended warranty through this service

Good price for two years of protection. I’ve had Geek Squad anti virus and the help with that was excellent.

I had a TV that went out and I needed to get it replaced. I called geek squad and they came out and replaced my TV for me so I do recommend getting a protection plan.
