I wanted to protect my expensive TV purchase so I bought a five year Geek Squad protection plan. Glad I did. This protection plan gives me peace of mind should a problem occur.

it works like it says it does and is vary nice would buy again

I think maybe for many TVS this might not be as useful, however, for OLED I would strongly recommend this service. OLED are amazing, but over time you might have burn in. I have not as of yet, but I feel five years of heavy use will make this service worthwhile to have.

My previous TV had a problem in less than 2 years. The manufacturer only covered 1 year. Trying to get it repaired was too expensive. This 5 year protection plan is worth it in case something goes wrong.

This is an item that is hard to review, if the product is great you’ll never need the support. If you have a problem that’s when you need the support, my experience in the past has always been good.

For the price you can't go wrong. These smart TVs seem to have too many intricacies not to get the 5 year plan. Price was great.

Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

I've never bought a TV, that hasn't had problems at some point. I've always gotten the extended warranty through geek squad, and they have been great when I've had to use it in the past. I would recommend to always get this coverage when investing a lot of money.

If you're ever on the fence about buying the Geek Squad and surance are not just buy it scan is save you a lot of hassle no issues when something goes wrong they take care of it simple

I always like to get warranties on electronics and this was a reasonable price.

Delivery was on time. Agent let me posted so we could meet at the delivery time and not waste my day. Efficient and courteous. Informed me that if we have any issues he would return to correct details

The PIR like a Plinko chip. Had many, cannot recall an electronic s use but they did fix a Samsung Fridge......weird door hinge stuff..BB geeks did fix it in a few stops finally.

The geek squad protection is definitely a very good investment if ur spending over $500 to get on product. They are friendly and easy to understand when you call on them for help on product.
