I haven't used my coverage on anything yet but what I went through with my other brand TV (which lasted less than a year before something went out), DEFINITELY a good purchase and definitely a good price. I could have purchased a new TV for the cost of the repair.

Love the extended warranty on big electronics. Have used it before and is awesome.

I haven't had to use this yet and hopefully I won't. I did purchase a Protection Plan on a previous TV years ago and did have to use it. We were very pleased. The tech came to our house, had the parts he needed, fixed our TV and was finished in less than 45 mins.

I have had this coverage on all my tv's and the few times I had to use it the service was excellent.

James was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly in setting up the internal features of the TV.
