Awesome squad mate for everything to do with fixing

Hopefully won't need it but was relatively lower priced than other insurance. Can't take any chances nowadays with tech.

Had an issue with my Samsung sound bar after attempting to trouble shoot it they ended up just giving me store credit and letting me upgrade to a newer version without any issues

The protection for my tv was a good choice. So far Haven’t had to use it

Answer all concern questions I was concerned of how I was gonna get the TV up and they informed me that they do that and it didn’t cost that much. I also gave when it came and did it thanks geek squad.

Only place i buy my electronics.. just make sure to get the warranty

I was ready to order my TV online and was in my cart. I figured since I had to pick it up in the store, I may as well take a look at it first. I went to the store to see it but they did not have that tv up. Online it offered 3 years geek squad for $74.99 which I wanted but since I was there I bought it in store. Near the end of sale the guy said 3 year warranty was not available in store. He said 2 year year for $69.99 or 5 year for $124.99. For $5 extra I could have gotten an extra year. Didn’t want to tell him to void the sale in case he was making commission during these tough times. Any ch as nice I can upgrade my warranty?

Greek squad warranty is a must of you but anything of high value!! Don't save money when it comes to this extra coverage!! You'll regret it if you don't.

I am very satisfied with the LG TV that has good sound a fairly good picture and I’m very satisfied that everything is working out. OK that’s all I can say about it right now.

I purchased this for my previous Toshiba tv which stopped working the third year. I called them, they were very nice and told me that model TV wasn’t able to be repaired and immediately issued me a store credit for full refund of purchase price to replace the tv. It was so easy, no problem. So of course I purchased the five year warranty on this replacement tv. Well worth it. Geek squad was very helpful.

I mounted it by myself with help from a few friends as BestBuy doesn't deliver or come out to Eastern Oregon. Had to rent a trailer and fetch tv minus the fuel and time it took to retrieve my purchase.

Good for all the things that might happen, replace or repair

The sales representatives were very helpful and the checkout time was very good and the customer services was good also.
