Best Buy's Extended 5-year Plan for $179.99, is a bargain, compared to SONY manufacturers Extended 4-year Warranty (max.) -$178.99. And, after reading the fine print in comparison to the 'GEEK SQUAD", without a doubt, maximized service monetarily- BEST BUY was the way go (SONY offered same TV sale at the time).

This is a no-brainer. I signed up again for my new TV. They setup the TV, make all connections and ensure it is ALL working before they leave. They are prompt, courteous and very, very knowledgeable.

They helped me find out the Fubo is incompatible with my TV..they actually got me in touch with the manufacturer.

The agents helped out a lot took care of all the needs, I didn’t score 5 stars it took a while to get eveything done

I would definitely get this just in case if you need them.

If you purchase a merchandise make sure you get that geek squad because they are the number one taking care of merchandise so if you don't purchase it at that time you have 15 days to go back with the receipt and get that warranty for your merchandise go get it

We didn't hesitate to get this service warranty from geek squad for my 65" smart TV. This TV was an upgraded Replacement to our 55" which broke down beyond repair before the geek squad warranty expired.

I purchased the protection not actually thinking I'll ever use it, but when I had to use it I was pleased to see that it was worth the cost. My TV went down and after the Geek Squad came out I literally was given credit to get another TV, no questions asked.

Bought a tv with the extended warranty. A yeast later, the TV had an issue ans instaad of fixed, we opted for the gift card and we upgraded.

Always get it. You never know when you might need it.
