Added protection for tour TV should something go wrong with it. I purchased the 5 year plan. A dollar a,day! Great price!

Always a good idea with hig dollar electronics. I have purchased this with out electronics in the past and it has saved me a lot of stress when the factory warranty ran out. A very good investment got me a couple replacements in the past when the factory warranty expired.

Geek Squad came in to look at my 55" TV, diagnosed the problem in a timely manner & before i knew it I was getting a new TV. I was able to upgrade to a 65" I had a 5 year warranty on the old TV, so Best Buy delivered a new TV at my door. I also have put another 5 year warranty on my replacement TV.

Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

I refuse to buy a product over $50 without this. Especially when it comes to tv’s. Most stores only give you a 3-4 year warranty. Best Buy does 5 years and if the tv is over 40”, they will come to you to service it. Can’t beat that. It might be tv’s over 50” these days. Not 100% sure on that part.

I live my total Tech Geek Squad plan. Whenever I have a question or need help with any of my devices BB Geek Squad is always there to help me. TV's, Tablets, Desk Top, and even my cell phone. They can fix it all! I wouldn't be without this plan!

Though I did not need to use the Geek Squad service during the two year protection plan I chose, the Geek Squad at my local store is vert reliable and have always given me a positive experience. I have had no issues with their service and highly recommend them when help is needed.

The service is good & quick and they mounted my TV and connected to all devices.

I haven't needed the Geek Squad yet but it's nice to know they are there if I need them.

Best warranty to get for your TV Computer Phone and every other electronic you have

they are very helpful, but sometimes difficult to reach the department. You get shuffled around corp and the local store, very frustrating

Haven't had to use it yet, but helps having the peace of mind that it's there if needed.

They do great work, and in a timely manner. If you want your electronics in good hands bestbuy is the place

I haven't had the chance to use this but I'm happy I have insurance on my products.

I purchased this 5-Years standard Geek Squad Protection for the LG 55" TV that I purchased for my living room during this past Black Friday. And I am so glad that I did. It gives me a peace of mind knowing that the device is protected just incase anything goes wrong with the television.

Since our new television is full of so many technological features we decided to be prepared in case something went wrong before we were ready to replace it. We also wanted to be sure that if any burn-in ever appeared on the screen, it would be covered. Hopefully we will never have to use it.
