Everyone at Best Buy is knowledgeable about the available products, and they are very helpful in finding the products that will work best with my own personal needs. The staff at Best Buy are very helpful.

I pretty much buy a Geek Squad Protection plan for everything from cameras down to TV's. You will never know what could happen so its best to stay on the safe side.

Hopefully if the TV malfunctions , Best Buy will do whatever it takes to cover the TV.
