I (thankfully) haven't needed to use my warranty yet, but Best Buy made it super easy and affordable to protect my purchase!

I bought it to protect my product. And Best Buy always sculpts the customer

Harvey came out for my in-home theater appointment and he was very professional. He was on time and he explained what was going on what I could expect what my five-year warranty covered what was wrong with my LGQNED TV and what my options were was very kind he was cognizant of, my household and that our household was a disabled household, and I was very appreciative of his generosity his suggestions and his great customer service thank you Harvey for a job well done !!

I've never used the Geek Squad I'm guessing they know what they're doing and they're probably pretty cool

Peace of mind insurance. I hope to never have to use it. If I do I hope they deliver as promised. Rating is based on future promises. Seemed realistically positive.

I have not had to use the Geek Squad for this product but you need to have the ability if you need them.

I started using geek squad after having one experience where we put a warranty on a TV and few months before it expired The backlight went out and we called and geek squad was excellent since then I have put geek squad on every TV that comes into my house with four children we have since used it multiple times and never have had an issue. Definitely recommend to people who are on a budget who can't afford to replace electronics when having issues. Geek squad makes this a non-issue.

I think that the person I was speaking with on the phone was very hard to understand so I called back again and I reached someone that spoke more clearly.They did take care of my problem so I would rate it's a four out of fiveonly because it was hard to understand the person and it took too much time to talk to someone because they tried to get you to talk to the computer untill you tell the computer many times (You need to speak to someone). So everything else is great except for those two issues.

Electronics are so expensive and more defective nowadays, you'd be crazy not to get the warranty.

Many people tell me these warranties aren't worth it. My Hisense TV started to fail 4 years into ownership. Called BB protection and since they no longer sell that model had me pick out a new one at the same price (Found one that was pricier but on sale) and they delivered the new TV and took the old away the next day. Great service.

I’m glad I added the 2-Year Protection Plan to my purchase. It covers accidents like drops, spills, and power surges, giving me real peace of mind. Signing up was fast, and customer service was helpful. The price was fair, and there are no hidden fees if I ever need to file a claim. Definitely worth it to protect a big investment.

I bought the 5 year protection plan for my 2018 OLED TV purchase. That TV ended up with failures covered by the Geek Squad protection, and so Geek Squad replaced my TV with a latest model year version. I had paid the early adopter tax for the 2018 TV, and the protection of Geek Squad helped by basically getting me a new TV with next to no hassle on my end, and the value of the protection meant getting another 5 year protection for this new TV. Hopefully no issues with it, but if something does happen with the TV I'm satisfied that I'll be covered if something does happen. They came and installed it quickly and set it up for me. They also took great care to mind the space, so there was no issue with having them in the house. Not sure when I'd make such a purchase, if/when I ever buy large stuff that has a reasonable chance of failure, I'm getting Geek Squad protection again.

I’m not sure we needed this but for the price and just taking into the store if something did happen it was worth the $19

Very good insurance for TV and others items proteccion

normally don't purchase extended warranty but I did with this TV as I am not familiar enough with this brand to totally trust it
