To back up my purchase on a great deal on a 4K Insignia 50” TV set, I got the this deal on Geek Squad protection for FIVE years! This is a decent set and if it lasts five years, I will be happy. If it doesn’t I am covered! In five years I’ll be ready for an 8K set. It’s a good bet to purchase this extra protection.

I haven’t had to use it yet but I’m sure it was a great purchase

Thnak god for protection because i can get another tv or get it fixed if anything wrong happens to my electronics. I love Best Buy items.

There is a large central white halo in the middle of the TV screen. I only found out about this AFTER mounting it unfortunately (having adhered to all instructions and precautions very carefully). I am a healthcare worker and have to travel for work a lot so by the time I got back home, unpackaged it and set up the wall mount, it was on day 16th from delivery date (past the 15 day return policy. Very unfair). Extremely disappointed at Sony products. Do NOT buy.

The customer service I received was favorable The geek squad replaced my TV with a newer one and delivered it right into my living room. They were friendly.

My purchase was but a few weeks ago and, beyond their initial installation and set-up, I have not yet had to make use of their services. However, from my past experiences with Best Buy's Geek Squad (in-store) and this installation/set-up, I have no doubt that their past service will remain unchanged should my need for it arise in the future.

had geek squad protection on this tv screen went out so they covered all but a few dollars of the cost of a new model to replace old one....

The Geek squad was great from start to finish. Processed my warranty tv replacement and reinstalled when promised. No complaints, loved the convenience. Thank you.

I bought this for insurance for my 98” television. It is a little pricey but the coverage is good and it would pay for itself with one call.

They We're very efficient in coming to check my t. V. And getting everything set up to get exchanged in a very timely manner, very grateful for their help.

Geek Squad is amazing! I need them for the TV I just purchased and for the new printer I need to buy.

Have had TV for about two weeks. Love the TV for the price display/resolution is well above price point. Controls and interface with smart TV are well above average. One draw back are the speakers. I don’t know if it’s placement or the quality of speaker but they are not good. Made adjustments and still sounds like it’s in a barrel. If you get this tv buy a sound bar and you will be very happy. I recommend with this add on.

Its so easy to use my whole family loves it samsung is a reliable brand.
