peace of mind, didnt wont to give mom a gift and find out something was wrong with it

I have always trusted Best Buy with and of my electronic purchases. I know if something were to happen they will take care of it with the warranty

Our previous tv (Vizio) used to jump and had a "squiggly" picture when the scenes changed in a show. It was about 1/2 the tv picture when it did this. Geek Squad came out and looked at the tv, replaced wires, replaced the mother board to no avail. They did everything they could, but the tv couldn't be fixed. Made it easier to return it for a new model. Very professional and worth the warranty price.

Helped me just as I needed, was able to replace my TV with a newer version when the backlights blew out.

It was an easy transaction. I went to the store with a printed sheet of the TV I want it. The salesperson only had to look on line and ordered it for me.

Excellent picture. Has all the apps needed to watch anything we want and with the service plan we know we will have a great tv for years to come should we run into problems

This is definitely worth the price seeing how TVs these days are made with lights that can burn out quickly. So I have a peace of mind knowing that in the next five years I can get it fixed and not have to worry about it. Would definitely recommend getting this if you're going to buy any electronic especially TVs.

With the purchase of a large appliance, a 50" TV set fits right in there, I think it is prudent to acquire additional protection past what is the usual warranty on the item. Considering the sale price of this Samsung 50" TV set and the reasonable cost of an additional 5-years Geek Squad Protection Plan, it proved cost effective to include such protection in the purchase. Gives one more peace of mind in the years ahead.

LOVE THE GEEK SQUAD 5 YEAR PROTECTION BECAUSE I PURCHASED A STOVE THAT HAD MULTIPLE ISSUES AND WAS REIMBURSED FOR MY TROUBLE. NORMALLY DONT PURCHASE PROTECTION BUT GOT BURNED BEFORE ON A WASHING MACHINE THAT WENT OUT AFTER TWO YEARS

We would never buy a TV without a protection plan. On a previous TV we bought years ago, it came in handy. It wasn't able to be fixed and the plan let us replace it with a new TV. All we had to pay was the difference between the two TVs and a new protection plan. Was well worth the extra money for us for that situation

Great service. Good to have, hope to not need it but great to have.

Protecting my investment on 4K TVs is a must, and purchasing the Geek Squad's 5-year warranty on each TV is a no-brainer. I did this in the past and it totally paid off when my much older set had issues before the protection plan was over. They replaced my entire set with a brand new one years ago. It pays off in the long run, trust me!

It's inexpensive, and I like knowing that if something goes wrong there are capable people that will fix my products with great customer service.

I had bought a Vizio tv where it would shut of intermittently so I called Vizio they were no help. So bought a new Samsung tv I love this thing to death always purchase a extended warranty I hope I don’t have to use mine but if I do I know I’ll be covered! :)

Honestly can’t go wrong with the Protecrion Plan and the Geek Squad!

Haven’t had to use it but glad to have it in case we should need it !
