I had the Geek Squad warranty. I had an issue i made the call to them with in 2 days they came by diagnosed the problem as a bad mother board . I was told the geek squad service would replace it at no cost . They contacted me within a day & schuled an exchange day . It took about 6 days from start to finish they picked up & delivered the new . All in all its worth it .

New tv for family but it need more big size tv morw 72 should it next time thank you enjoy my new account with Best Buy

I would recommend a Geek sqaud extended warranty. I bought one for my 75” tv. If they can’t fix it , I believe they send you a check for your purchase price. The TV is 85 pounds so it’s not something I want to lug back to the store or to a authorized service center

There is a lot of comfort in knowing that there is someone available should you need any help at all. From the major problems to the minor questions, there is peace of mind knowing there is someone you can turn to for assurance and peace of mind.

I have not needed the geek squad for this purchase and hopefully I wont but i have in the past and it was helpful.

My tv had went out after two years and I remembered I had purchased the Geek Squad. They replaced the tv and schedule delivery/pick up and the morning of, I get a voice mail, our guy is sick. I took the old and picked up the new and received a $20 gift card for my troubles.

Geek squad has some of the best protection for customers. They’re one of the few businesses left that doesn’t treat their customer’s insurance/protection coverage like it’s a personal inconvenience to them, or operate it like a scam and not actually protect your purchase when you try to get them to honor it. I don’t usually opt for “protection” because it is usually a scam. I do at Best Buy though, because they’re known for actually honoring their protection agreements.

This tv is wonderful is cuality pictures and everything you need is in the screen you no need boxes or pay dish or direct tv. The sound is very good.

Look no further, for the price you won't get a better picture than this. Almost OLED quaility, but way brighter, so perfect for a Living room with lot of natural light. Save $1000 and get this unit a try.

Best way to keep your items safe and can get another or fix with this plan

Sounds like I'm an add but after I started getting these warranties I realized how amazing they really were. If something doesn't charge right they fix it/trade it in for a newer item, if you drop it they fix it/get you a new and or better one, even if you plug it into the wrong power brick and fry the device like I did to my old 3ds they'll let you trade it in for the new 3ds. No matter if it's a 50$ alexa that gets knocked off the table by your cat or a 1500$ tv that jumps off the wall they'll help and get you back up and running.

TV was delivered and placed exactly where I wanted it. Answered all my questions. Very quick and effecient.

Have not had to use them but I am sure they are great.
