I purchased an 85in TV on October 15th. On November 4th the installation team came to remove our current TV and wall mount and install the new wall mount and new TV. In the process they dropped our TV, damaged our wall, shelf, fireplace and floor. I have been trying to get a manager on the phone since then, it’s now 11/10. They have reordered the TV but we cannot get them to schedule another appointment to install. Also, the installation team left us with our old TV and wall mount uninstalled. So then my husband had to reinstall everything they removed on his own. This will be the last time I purchase from Best Buy.

Every time I buy a big item I buy it with the 5-year protection plan I haven't regretted it yet Best buy has honor the deal and I protected my family

They are always on time and they do really good job with repairs

I am usually not a warranty guy, but I finally overcame my fears and got an OLED TV and this is one time I felt the cost was justified. Turns out Best Buy's warranty is the only one in the business that covers burn-in! I was so afraid to get an OLED< but with the peace of mind this gives me I am able to enjoy gaming and movies on the best TV I have ever laid eyes on. If the dreaded burn-in happens, Best Buy has my back.

Geek Squad is also arguably the most polished computer-help service, offering not only online help, but in-store and at-home repair services, too. It's also the least-expensive service I've tested and includes a license for top-notch security software. Geek Squad technicians, on the whole, delivered the best results among the services tested, and they didn't pester me to purchase additional products.

I like the geek squad plans we have the five year plan for our TV. The agent who sold our TV stated it will cover any issues we have for our tv. And if the TV still has issues they will replace it with the same TV comparable to what you originally paid for it. It’s a good plan and you pay it along with buying your product one time.

The colors are unbelievable. It has built in surround sound. There are more channels and apps to count. I am very happy with this purchase.

I use this mostly for online and telephone support. When I do, the agents are always knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and stay with it until the issue is figured out and fixed. Good value. Not cheap. But compared to the cost and hassle of trying to fix stuff yourself and/or take it to someone to fix it and/or hire someone to come in, this is a very good value.

Haven’t had too ever use my Geek squad for repairs…however a great value and I feel extremely good knowing they are available for repair or too answer concerns

Look no further, for the price you won't get a better picture than this. Almost OLED quaility, but way brighter, so perfect for a Living room with lot of natural light. Save $1000 and get this unit a try.

Have had to use this protection twice and both times was a pleasant experience, I believe it is better to have the protection and not need it than to need it and not have it, honestly I can recommend getting the extended warranty, without hesitation
