It such a peace of mind to have Geek Squad support. I've used them twice and they were a live saver. I use the Miami Beach location and they are very professional - prompt service. VERY Satisfied.

I always get geek squad for my expensive electronics just for peace of mind. The tv broke and they came out to see what they could do. Tv wasn’t able to be fixed so what I paid for it could be applied for the next tv. And of course got geek squad to cover my new tv.

I honestly never needed to use the service, so hats off to best buy for having quality items that outlast their warranty!!

My picture went out on my TV and the warranty covered a replacement TV. All done the same day. I received a larger television and cash because TV's cost less now.

I buy from Best Buy even if I have to pay a little more because of their protection plan. I feel more at ease with the geeks than alot of the other retailers, plus the product normally outlast the warranty, but I get it just in case for big ticket items.

This "insurance" plan is a definite must have, especially if you are not especially tech savvy. I have used it numerous times and it provides peace of mind and is reassuring to know that any problem(s) I encounter with tech issues will be handled in an efficient and thorough way.

I always get the Best Buy warranties, they are great, never had a bad experience when i had to use my warranty. Worth getting.

5-year Standard Geek Squad Protection is a no-brainer. Covers just about every incident that could happen to the equipment.
