    The customer service was awesome , the process of purchasing my brand new tv was easy. It was brought to my Car and they did everything so safely and quickly . Picking up was a breeze

    Fully covered a broken TV

    I usually never get a protection plan, but I randomly agreed to this one. Nearly two years after purchasing a TV, it broke. It took a few weeks to go through the process of replacing the TV, but that's probably more to do with current events than it is Geek Squad support's abilities. I got a full refund and used that money to upgrade the TV. I'm fully satisfied.

    My wife Samsung went out geek squad was unable to repair it had no problem getting a gift card for full price of the TV used it for the standard warranty on my new 65-in OLED TV

    My 4-year old LG OLD developed screen burn-in and within 3 to 4 days of contacting the Geek Squad it was replaced with the latest model at no cost to me.

    Have not needed it yet but I feel secure that I have it Had Samsung 70” after 19 months it crapped out n I didn’t have Geek warranty it was never sold to me at the time

    My purchase was but a few weeks ago and, beyond their initial installation and set-up, I have not yet had to make use of their services. However, from my past experiences with Best Buy's Geek Squad (in-store) and this installation/set-up, I have no doubt that their past service will remain unchanged should my need for it arise in the future.

    Works as stated oled tv had burn in and techs came out and inspected the tv. A few hours later I received email saying they would replace tge tv.

    I work on appliances for a living and sell protection agreements every day. So I believe in them whole heartedly. I chose to purchase the protection agreement when I bought my TV for peace of mindand the fact that if it breaks it will be repaired or replaced. And the price was very reasonable compared to other plans.

    Good tv and brand. Had my other 55” going on 5 years. This one however stopped working after 3months. Geek squad came out determined it was the screen itself and couldn’t be fixed, but with my warranty i can still return it. Good to have.

    Geek squad always highly recommended for all your purchases!! They cover all your needs whether advice, repairs, replacements etc!!! They are awesome!!! Worth your money to protect and extend the life of your products with real professionals to care for you!!!

    We didn't want any liability for our new Sony 75" TV set failing under Sony's or Best Buy's warranty. And given that we had the Geek Squad do the installation, it was a no brainer to have the Best Buy warranty. Even if nothing fails, its better insurance than we have for hurricane damage on the house!

    Peace of mind knowing ai have geek squad protection! My last TV i bought went out with one month remaining on my two year protection plan i purchased. So this was an easy choice to get a five year protection plan. It's the peace of mind. Best Buy is also the only company to cover burn in on an OLED TV if burn in is a concern.

    I'm always questioning my self when I have to purchase protection for my large purchases. I purchased the protection to one of my TV's 3 years ago and my TV started to flicker. I called to get it service, however they could not fix it and my TV was replaced!!! You may not ever use the service but it sure was nice to have it when you need it.
