This insurance is awesome. Twice I've had to replace televisions with this insurance and they were completely covered.

We purchased the warranty on our new TV when our old TV started having issues less than 4 years old. The new one started having issues 14 months later, 2 months after the manufacturers warranty expired. The geek squad warranty covered it completely. The only thing is that they don't give you credit for the amount you paid for the TV they give you the amount it's currently worth. But still well worth it.

Worth getting because I bought a used product and the coverage makes the price worth it

They helped me find out the Fubo is incompatible with my TV..they actually got me in touch with the manufacturer.

We picked up our tv. We always buy service. On our tv. The men always come out and work on our tv when we call. If it can't be. Fix they replace it. They are very professional when they come out. I would tell everyone to buy service on there products. I buy it on all my large merchandise.service

I love Geek Squad protection. One of the better coverage services. Just wish they had a longer period of coverage on certain items.

Vizio failed after 4yrs unfortunately. Thankfully the warranty helped me out by getting store credit for my tv so not all is lost. Happy with the service!

If you need help getting it to your house they will bring it and hook it up if you need them to.The protection plan is my favorite part of the geek squad.

I've already taken advantage of it a few times - twice with the tech using an app to remotely take control of my laptop and troubleshoot and improve my computer speed and ensure that I had no viruses or malware. It's good for 24 months for the price of 1 year and they will come to your house if necessary.

I feel that the geek squad is better than any warranty. Just contact them and your issue is handled quickly.

The Geek Squad did a thorough job of analyzing my TV’s odd behavior and recommended a replacement TV. I called the next day and they set up an appointment for a home visit. They were on time and very knowledgeable.

Great to have peace and mind you are covered after the factory warranty has expired .BestBuy has great customer service on replacement plans.
