I needed them to connect our new tv to our sound system. They were quite knowledgeable, very effective and great to work with.

The TV was a lot bigger than I expected!! I love the screen size and how loud it can get and how bright it is. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is because it’s sometimes slow. Perfect for my BF’s gaming TV!!

Always good to have a back up for your electronics.

I can't remember what I bought this for but we haven't needed to use it. I'm sure it would have come in handy if something happrned to our purchase.

The delivery guy was nice, professional and carried the TV with care.

Have not taken advantage of this yet but the price was reasonable. we have electrical outages and i wanted to be protected in case there was some damage to our recently purchased television during an outage. again I thought the price was very fair. I would recommend it to any one.

I've used the Geek Squad previously to mount my 65' inch TV and they did an excellent job. This is the first time that I've purchased an extended warranty for my TV through Best Buy. I was told by a family friend the service is excellent just in case my TV begins to act up.

I've purchased this service since buying my 1st computer 15 years ago and renewed constantly because at my age I don't understand nor do I have the knowledge to figure out my 'BooBoo's without the help from Geek Squad...Thank You Geek Squad!

I live my total Tech Geek Squad plan. Whenever I have a question or need help with any of my devices BB Geek Squad is always there to help me. TV's, Tablets, Desk Top, and even my cell phone. They can fix it all! I wouldn't be without this plan!

I came in price checking a tv and after Dean helped me, i left with a 85” Sony! Good tv so far! Dean has excellent customer service & is very polite & professional!! I will look for Dean to help me if needed when i go back!
