Purchased this protection plan along with a tablet I bought. The tablet unfortunately does not get as good of a rating as the protection, and thanks to the protection plan and Geek Squad the issues with the tablet have been fixed (more than once). Geek Squad always helpful and friendly. Have used them for other products as well.

Was able to utilize this protection plan for a TV of similar value and was able to upgrade to a newer TV. Will always be purchasing the extended protection plan for such purchases in the future.

Bought this on my old set and it more than paid for the cost. It got me a new TV! Several years ago I bought a router & didn’t buy the extended warranty and it died! I had to call the manufacturer and had to wait months for a new one! Don’t learn the hard way!

Happy to report that I have not utilized their servicess yet. All my purchases have continued to function as promised. Be even more happy if 2 yrs. from now I report the same thing. It is comforting to know that I have this service in the event I need it. Better to be safe than sorry ($$).

I am glad I purchased the warranty. It’s so much easier to deal with Best But for their great products and services. I don’t anticipate needing it because the TV is great but I’m glad I have it if it’s needed. It was a very reasonable price.

The extra protection plan is worth it on high dollar items. I've had a TV fail after a year, Routers die etc. Call them up or take it to the store and change it or refund with no hassle.

I luv interacting with geek squad. And its worth the money to have geek squad protection.

Always A must have with your Electronics purchase Best Buy has the Best GEEK SQUAD Technicians around if u ever have any troubles make sure u buy the 5 Yr proection a must have that way anything goes wrong your covered.

They came through with their words in replacing my 40" Vizio TV after it suddenly stopped working. I'm glad I got the extended warranty to cover my TV. It's highly recommended to have Geek squad cover your prducts and for a reasonable price too.

I’m very happy with there service very friendly and helpful best customer service I’ve ever had they really know how to keep there customers happy. Just wish there warranty prices was a little cheaper $500 for 5 year warranty for my oled c9 I think it’s a little steep

Geek Squad is a must for big purchases at Best Buy. They are very knowledgeable and I love that I can go to the store and resolve everything at once. Whether they need to fix something or get a replacement. It’s a must have product.

some people believe that if you buy warranty that something will go wrong with a product buy in the long run its woth every penney because lets say you buy a tv and add warrantty for $100 more for 5 years and if anything is wrong with the tv they will basically give you a free tv because to repair it cost more money for them

It's good to have Geek Squad Service around just in case you may need them.

I have been dealing with Best Buy for over 15 years. I always purchase their Geek Squad protection plan if it is offered, regardless of what I purchased. I remember all too well the high cost of simple fixes on my computers before I became aware of Best Buy's Geek Squad. They will save you loads of money, believe me.

I took the 2 year protection just in case something goes wrong. My past experience with the Geek Squad was great. I would expect to get the same great service on this purchase if necessary.

I always get the extra warranty for all my electronics, We bought a 55in Sharp back in 2012 after 4 years the LED panel blew out and I had the 5 year extended warranty, The TV was not only replaced I was given full credit for the old TV and was able to upgrade to the newest model for only a few more dollars.

I had a problem with my tv and the Chromecast that was built in it and they gave me my money back and I bought another tv that was better then the one I had the problem with, The geek squad is the best when it come to fixing things. They even have fast service.

These plans from Best Buy are very valuable. I have bought them in the past and had to use it for my last TV. It definitely paid for itself.
