I called the geeks on my new Hisense TV (since then, returned) to figure out a volume control problem. The first tech just said I should bring it in--no attempt to troubleshoot. The second tech spent a long time with me trying various things, and theorizing about what the cause could be; I appreciated that, even though we were ultimately unable to solve the problem and I had to return the TV.

I have purchased four TVs from Best Buy in The Last 5 Years I will not purchase anything without the Best Buy warranty they stand behind what they sell

Great program for the amount of services you can receive.

Been a customer of geek squad over 20 years, and they're quality has declined. Had a product go bad in 6 months and the price of the item doubled. They did not pro-rate my credit and gave me minimal options but to upgrade to a way more expensive item, even though i wanted a direct replacement or next comparable item for my warranty.

I would highly recommend the Geek Squad Protection. It's worth the price. When my tv stopped working, they provided a full credit to apply towards a another tv of my choice. The only downside was that it was difficult to speak with someone. I had wait on hold for a while, however overall the protection plan is great.

I always purchase the Geek Squad protection plan for my products because I know that they are very reliable when it comes to responding to its customers when necessary! They certainly give you piece of mind as a consumer.

You can't go wrong with Geek Squad Protection on a device you expect to use and have for a long time. Every time I've had to use the Geek Squad Protection plan for an item that I got coverage on, the service has been great.

Most people won't go for a 5 year extended warranty, but for $149. on a $700.purchase TV that would last under 10 years I figure it's worth the price. My last TV was less then 7 years old when it went. Who knows if the new ones will last that long.

I have many times bought Service Protection. Used it once on a Printer and was provided with compension toward an upgraded printer with no problem. Took this service protection out on our new Samsung 55" 8000 Series. Hope to never have to use it, but feel comfort knowing we are covered for five years.

I purchased a Samsung 65" TV and it was delivered on time and set up in a short period of time. They had to move a heavy cabinet to get to the plug in's. They were very knowledgeable and polite. Answered any questions I had.

Haven’t had to use it but glad I got it for my new Hisense TV. I don’t know much about the brand so I thought it was a safe bet

Bought my first qd oled from Best Buy and wanted to have confidence about the tv. The 5 year warrabnty is a bargain for Oled tvs.

It's nice having a 5 year warranty on a Smart TV. You never know what can happen during that time. It's very easy for a pixel to burn out and ruin the TV experience. I always buy warranties on electronics.

They helped me build my pc even when I came to them about 3-4 days in a row lol thanks guys!!

It is very important to get these plans. Anything can happen to your products.

My son likes it. He wants a different one but I believe he is liking this 1 now.

Purchased for the double oven wall unit. Have not had to use it yet.

wouldn't leave or buy anything from best buy without the knowledge that i would have a protection plan for my product. i have used the protection plan multiple times before and they do pay off in the long wrong if there is a problem.
