very professionally done in a timely manner its been six months and since the installation of my wall mounted 50 inch tv and no issues yet.

Tv failed after 4 years and the 5 year geek squad warranty refunded the full amount which helped me get a C3

Love geek squad warranties.Anytime I have a issue with a product I'm able to return it to the store and the customer service rep returns the items for me.

Insurance or additional Protection is always a good thing to have, makes for Carefree Viewing of Sports, Movies & Drama

I honestly can't write a review on this service yet because I haven't used it. Smh I'm hoping i won't have to. But always get insurance in your items.

I haven’t had to use it yet but it does bring some comfort knowing my purchase is protected if something happens to it.

I purchased Geek Squad protection for peace of mind on my Best Buy purchases. Ive used it before, and it gives you your moneys worth for sure. Spend a little extra and get the coverage.

Thankfully I haven’t had to use it so far! Better to be safe than sorry.

Nice to have extra Warranty for items you buy, but the Prices for the Extended Warranty have INCREASED DRAMATICALY.

Haven't needed to use it yet thankfully, and I hope that continues, but it's nice to know it's there.

After finding a great deal on a new 3D TV, I wanted to make sure it would be in working condition for w long time. The terms of this protection were pretty favorable but with a steep pricey tag. Nevertheless we went ahead and purchased it. Looking forward to using our TV with no worries for the next 5 yrs!

I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!

The warranty was reasonable. Although I have not had to use it, this will definitely be helpful if something happens.
