So far so good on this set. In my experience with TCL so far, the TV will stop working just past the MFR warranty, so I bought the 5 year geek squad protection plan to cover it longer.

For the bigger purchases I have always used the Geek Squad for delivery, always reliable and courteous.

Best buy always stands by the warranty. My local store is great.

A must have. I got my $$ back in a matter of discounts as well as the use of Geek squad on numerous occasions since I purchased it. It more than paid for itself multiple times over

I haven't used it yet so I don't know yet. but i'm worried our Best Buy closed so I worry about when i need it.

I plan on keeping the Samsung 40" TV I purchased for many years and realize that most electronic equipment problems occur in the first 2 years of active life. I will be covered for that period and I do know that the GEEK SQUAD will have my back.

Since the sound went out the geek squad was very helpful in getting the sound back.

I always get a protection plan on anything i buy at best buy. Becsuse if anything happens to my products can alwsys get it fixed.or get a new one if they can not fix its

Was simple decisions to add protection on tv. Don't know if will need, ever, we see. Had protection on a tv (plasma) a couple of years ago. Geed squad replaced with great speed, I just had to pick new TV they try very hard to make it right

I do buy protection for all my entertainment equipment from Best Buy, you never know when and what may happen. The service for the 2 year protection contract is "just being prepared", in case the unknown occurs. I was so relieved when my PC had virus and the GEEk Squad fixed it up a couple of years ago. The service is at an affordable price too!

I'm happy I got geek squad protection. You never know when you're device or appliance will give out, surely it will be after the manufacture warranty expires...
