The Geek Squad protection gives me the peace of mind for the next five years. I am certain if there is an issue with my new Samsung TV that Best Buy with take care of it.

Always get great help every time I walk up to the geek squad counter.

Buying an expensive TV and only having a year manufacturer warranty is not smart. As much as I spent on my TV, it was a no brainer to spend an extra fraction of the price to be protected for FIVE years. I simply have no worries.

I could not have a computer, printer or tablet without Geek Squad. I can't praise them enough. They have saved me more times than I can count. They are on speed dial.

These are fairly inexpensive so I just picked them up for anything I know I want to keep for a while. When they are needed they come in handy!

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

Have never needed to use it. BUT... It's better to Have one and not need it, than to Not have one when you do need it. Always opt for a good warranty or service product

Geek Squad protection has always taken great care of me when mishaps have occurred with any of my products!

Never had to use it but geek squad warranty is like an American express card..never buy anything without it

I love the warranty system they have they stand by what they say they will always help you with the problem unlike other stores I think bestbuy has the best program

Its the only warranty that covers burn in for oleds that i could find. So thats something to consider.

The Geek Squad was great! I am so happy that i had the protection plan on the TV that was replaced and bought fir the new TV. It reallt is worth the cost. Geek Squad was great!

I bought my tv open box and have had no issues with it. The color is great, size is perfect. Glad I bought it.

Especially with kids and todays merchandise. I believe things are not built to last so an issue is sure to come up. Also, kids throwing things around can easily hit the tv and break it. This covers that and more.
