We never purchase electronic products without the additional warranities. Best Buy has never given us any problem with returns or issues with the product, when warranted.

the came out quick to fix my tv, when they didnt have the parts I got a refund to buy a new tv

Not sure what this is even protecting at this point but best buy keeps great records so if I need it they'll take care of me.

First, buy your cell phones through bestbuy, then always get this insurance for your phones. Trust me, it's worth the cost!

I have had bad luck with smaller flat screen TVs (that lasted only 2-3 years) so I decided it was worth getting. If the TV becomes unusable, they will repair or replace it.

I always add the Geek Squad protect of my electronic. Give me assurance that I can get it repaired if necessary.

After purchasing a fairly expensive TV, the extra $$ spent for the Geek Squad protection package gives you peace of mind in case something does go wrong with your purchase.

I've had warranty coverage from other providers, but the Geek Squad is head and shoulders above . I've never had a problem with them .

For large items for home, it's a great investment if you plan on keeping it for a few years. I've always had great services in San Francisco and the Bay Area. Worth it!

Basically if it breaks in 5 years Geek Squad fixes it what a deal. plus I got a really great deal with the total package.

We always purchase the geek squad warranty but have not used. You never know when you might need.
