If I spend more than $100 I always get geek squad. The policy is simple and they have never let me down or failed to fix or replace items when necessary.

Always purchase extra warranty that must be a rule of thumb. Anything above $100 could hurt you to replace.

Geek squad service is a hit or miss depending on the person who handles your case but generally it is good and to me it worth the money.
