My son hooked up the tv on the entertainment center, nobody from Best Buy helped , the delivery guy was not around

I always buy the protection plan for all electronics I purchase from Best Buy. It is very affordable and I would much rather have it and not need it, than not have it and pay for costly repairs.

Sometimes products break and guests and their kids can destroy these products. So I thought I might as well get the protection.

I have only used the plan once for my television and customer service was great. There are two things that could be improved which are the price, it is a little expensive for certain items, and protection against drops or spills for televisions.

First time purchasing geek squad protection. I feel confident with the purchase. I will get geek squad protection on all future purchases
