I'm usually not one to buy plans like these but for the types of products that I buy and because they are expensive I wouldn't doubt in getting a plane Especially for the price and time they have it for it's a steal

I purchased the protection for an open box TV and have not had to use the service as the TV works great. If I use the service, I will be sure to comment back.

I have appreciated the follow up with protection plan when computer developed a virus. The team was knowledgeable in repair and turn around time was minimal. Would recommend to anyone for having peace of mind.

this service should come with every purchase just too bad we have to pay extra

dont pass this up with big purchases, IE tvs, laptops, game consoles.... never know whats gonna happen

Great feeling for the first 5 yrs at least that if something goes wrong there is someone that you can call.

The service is worth it is good to have your purchases covered. I recon to invest in protection if you are spending a lot of money. Protect your investment

Havent had to use yet luckily, but definitely would recommend the TV warranty, especially on and OLED as the warranty DOES cover Burn In as well as other issues.

Good gadget to hv when your devices have defects! They respond in in a reasonable amount of time and ate knowledgeable at what they do!

Agents who mounted TV were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Even updated us on more savings. Will always get GEEK Squad protection now.

It is good because if anything happens to the TV it breaks you can replace it and also it also has a good amount of time you got to wait before they return the tv
