We have always purchased Sony from Best Buy and our experience has always been great. Geek Squad warranty for a mounted tv is a must if you don't want the hassle of having to take your tv off the wall if you have issues. They come to you!!!

I can’t make a large purchase without having some type of insurance to show for it. You hope that nothing goes wrong but if it does you’d want to have Geeksquad protection.

Always get the extended warranty for any product of value. I always purchase extended warranties through best buy and never had an issue yet. Anything best buy couldn't fix or handle they just offered me a new replacement of similar or more.

I purchased a 5 year plan when I bought my tv. However, I had to ship my tv twice before they were able to fix it and I had to pay $92 for the repair. What’s the point of purchasing a plan when you still have to pay for repairs?

Without the 5-year protection plan, we would have had to pay full price for a replacement TV when the old set stopped working.

called them to resolve a tv sold to me with missing internal hardware. they refused to help. tell your floor salesmen to stop telling customers "anything that happens to the tv, unless you hit it with a sledge hammer, it is covered" if they don't even help with a broken tv is sold. 0 accountability

Great picture, screen can be seen l from every corner of the living room. Wonderful refresh rate looks larger than standard screen because of the curve.
