I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

It’s a great service they helped me with my lap top and got it fix and ready fast. I think it’s worth to pay a little extra to have this kind of service available.

I recommend people to get geek squad, its really useful specially since if something happens to ur device u will get it repair if not u get a new one just for a few more bucks that u pay for getting it

I always get an extended warranty. Sometimes stuff happens and you wish you got the warranty. Best Buy warranty has always been there for me and I love it
