It's a 5 year warenty. my dad had one of these for his TVs so this was a must get. I know if anything goes wrong my tv will be covered.

Worth getting, as it's reassuring to know that your product is in good hands

I'm so happy that we got this protection plan. Geek Squad knows what they're doing and is always reliable. With a crazy cat who loves bird videos, our getting this for our TV was a must.

This extended warranty makes me feel safer than my last extended warranty from my auto dealership

So far my tv and the service provided has been pretty good

I really appreciate the added protection. I live in Boston and my condo is rented in FL. Knowing that I have someone to call and get things fixed for my tenants locally is a real benefit.

I've used several geek squad contracts to service my products. I haven't had any issues and the service level and response times have been great. The technical support and competency level is very good.

So far so good. My TV remote broke, I brought it to bestbuy, they took it and sent me a neq one in a few days! I bought the 5 year warranty for my 55" oled LG TV because all the reviews said it gets burn in on the screen...it's been 3years and NOburn-in, absolutely no issues at all.

Great protection love it I had this protection with a previous TV and they replaced it with no problem. Excellent service.

We bought this for our previous TV. It failed just a few months before the protection expired. I called the Geek Squad, described the issue and he told me it was not repairable and I could exchange at the store. We bought a more expensive TV and only had to pay the difference. Very smooth and easy transaction. And very much worth buying on expensive items.

Gives peace of mind on a major TV investment and has always been super easy to work with.

Lots of people hate on the extended coverage programs but for an OLED TV, GeekSquad is a must. I wouldn't even consider getting an OLED if not from Best Buy, The coverage is the best in the industry, and DOES cover dead pixels, as well as burn-in. Highly recommend picking it up alongside your electronics purchases if the cost of replacing the item would be excessive or a burden.
