    I have had this support for many years now and it sure has cut down all the frustrations of any problems with a computer and Ipad and more. My computers have lasted much longer with the Geek Squad help too.

    This service is great because you don’t know when you could need to use it! I bought a TV and my son damaged the TV control and I had to use this guarantee.

    One of the main reasons that I feel comfortable shopping at Best Buy is because of the Geek Squad, and the Warranty that they offer on certain products that you purchase. They have always gone above and beyond to refund, repair, replace, in order to take care of their customers.

    I've thankfully only had to use the protection plan a few times, but the service and resolutions were always satisfactory. I wouldn't get for cheap items, but anything over $500 is definitely worth it! I buy many items from best buy, and always get the protection plan for major items.

    This is a must get if you want to get the absolute most from your tech or appliances. And hopefully you dont need to call on them for much but its great to know they got you when needed. Always helps to have pro on call.

    technically very capable, but neglected by Sony

    1 year old product running android version 4 years old (Android 10) and never having received a major update. furthermore, Sony added ps5 remote play support to Android 12+ TVs when their most "affordable" (but expensive!) ps5 friendly TV model which launched years AFTER ps5 is well behind that update version. Additionally... major holes in USB support, you cannot use ANY app other the built in media player for media on USB (it'll ask you to approve permission on next screen then error when trying to go to next screen).... streaming apps perform horribly with long buffer times and never load thumbnails, and available storage capacity is also horrible only allowing you to install at most about 15 apps

    I always get the Geek Squad protection on major purchases recently used it on an oven that we got 4 years ago and they tried to fix it but ultimately replaced it.

    I have always been a fan of Best Buy Service Plans. Granted it is like every other insurance: you hate paying for it, but you hate not having it when you need it. I have been on both sides of Best Buy Service Plans: I have purchased some and never used it and I have purchased some and used it. The experiences that I have had using them have all been good so I continue to purchase the service plans.

    Our TV died and fortunately we had the Geek Squad warranty. When they came they were very courteous and professional. Knew exactly what the problem was and explained everything in terms we could understand. Unfortunately he couldn’t fix it but we got our money back and we’re able to buy a new one right away.

    When purchasing the Hisense U8G wanted to make sure I get from Best Buy warranty no other protection plan even comes close to giving you money back when tv can not be fixed. Remember don’t use warranty 1st year. The manufacturer needs to help. 2nd year and on is when you use

    Fantastic tv with beautiful picture quality. Yes, there are better quality screens on the market but they carry price tags at least 5x what this was. Great upgrade for me, expect it to last me the next several years

    You can't go wrong with extra security on your purchase. The life expectancy of my Hisense is low to nothing due to almost daily outages in my area. So a little extra protection plan is a must.

    It has been too soon for me to tell anyting about the warranty but I heard that it was awesome and protect everything and it's worth having so I would have eyes purchase it because you never know what can happen to your merchandise so purchase it and let them help you enjoy your merchandise to the fullest

    Got this on sale. Great picture and decent sound. TV OS is a bit laggy but not unbearble. Great for watching Netflix, was super easy to sign into all my streaming apps!

    Was an emergency purchase as my previous tv stopped working at about 7pm. Was able to get to Best Buy about 45 min before closing. Very happy with our new purchase.
