On my roku tv i made sire i took the protection plan because my last tv i never put , so i learned my lesson.

The agents were very professional , they were also very informative with any questions I had for them throughout the set up . The agents were also fast paced with the set up so that’s always a ten . Last but not least the insurance policy coverage is outstanding for a reasonable price

I would suggest buying this coverage for expensive items such as TVs, laptops, cameras, etc. and for open box items. No need to buy it if you are pretty careful with your devices and if you are on budget, except for TVs which might give up at any time of its lifetime. Other devices might have a manufacturer's warranty, but if you can afford it, I would suggest still buy it for peace of mind.

We were reluctant to purchase the Geek squad service but so glad we did. We have need help several times and we also purchased a new TV and it is covered with 2 day shipping. Love it!

I am down for the Geek Squad. I did not hesitate to join the team. I love there name and have been motivated to purchase protection every time I see there brand.

Do not do what I did and forget to add this to you're purchase, definitely worth the piece of mind it gives you. Also is a value and if the squad is ever needed are some of the nicest most patient people around.

I hesitate to purchase any insurance or services since I never use them. I have used this. I purchased two computers and they came to my house and transferred all my programs/documents and set up the screen the way I wanted. Since then I have called for help with an app and was helped over the phone.

Geek squad protection is a must. So worth the money. I get it on almost everything I buy from bestbuy. Expensive tv and xbox remote broke.80 bucks was alot cheaper than having to buy new one.

What can I say about these guys. Over the years they have helped me in all kinds of situations with my laptop. They provide excellent customer service and they are professional.

Always hard to want to spend the extra on a warranty you may not use. For us though it saved us from having to spend alot to replace our tv when it burned out but still under warranty

What how bad TVs are made it’s important to buy the protection plan the previous 3 TV’s I purchased have have all quite working on year 4

Just before my Best Buy warranty expired I needed service. I am very satisfied in how simple Best Buy made using their extended warranty when I needed it.

I had forgot I bought the warranty until my tv died abs I looked up when I bought it. It was 4.5 years, and Best Buy gave me zero hassles. They sent a repair person to try and fix it. When he could not, Best Buy sent the new model for the old tv.
