Absolutely the best aftermarket warranty program you can get. I have had to call on them several times with faulty TVs (especially Samsungs) and they stepped up and replaced the faulty units quickly and without any hassles.

Its totally worth the extra money. I get with each purchase With 2 kids and 7 nieces and nephews it feels good knowing that none of the parents will have a heart attack when one of our kids inevitably breaks something and any of our homes. Plus the replacement aspect is hassle free!

I didn't use the geek squad for this item, although I have heard so many good things about them and thier prompt services.I would definitely use them.

I got the 5 year standard greek squad protection plan for my 55 inc 4k smart tv for $120 which I feel was a good deal because I had another tv without the plan and the main frame on it went bad and I tried to put it in the shop and they wanted $300 to fix it. Where now paying $120 for the plan and they will fix anything so I think that's a no brainer.

Worth the value. Easy add on to purchase. Have used Geek Squad for previous purchases and they are great to work with.

I came in price checking a tv and after Dean helped me, i left with a 85” Sony! Good tv so far! Dean has excellent customer service & is very polite & professional!! I will look for Dean to help me if needed when i go back!

Have not taken advantage of this yet but the price was reasonable. we have electrical outages and i wanted to be protected in case there was some damage to our recently purchased television during an outage. again I thought the price was very fair. I would recommend it to any one.

I have had many warranties through many different retailers in the past, they have been a headache to deal with. Best Buy makes it super easy for any warranty repair.

Nothing better than the feeling of knowing if something goes wrong with it, it’s not only not my fault, but I don’t even have to worry about it!!!
