I always buy Geek Squad insurance for my technology. There has never been a moment when I had any difficulties either replacing or fixing my items.

The agents were professional and installed 2 TVs reasonable time, made sure I understood how to work them. Arrived on time! Personable and cared about performing quality job!

I've used the Geek Squad previously to mount my 65' inch TV and they did an excellent job. This is the first time that I've purchased an extended warranty for my TV through Best Buy. I was told by a family friend the service is excellent just in case my TV begins to act up.

You can never go wrong with geek squad protection plan. My tv gave out after 3 years and I was issued a gift card with the value of the tv. Couldnt be more satisfied

Never had issues with the Geek Squad. So far they have done the right thing for the electronics purchased at BestBuy

I live my total Tech Geek Squad plan. Whenever I have a question or need help with any of my devices BB Geek Squad is always there to help me. TV's, Tablets, Desk Top, and even my cell phone. They can fix it all! I wouldn't be without this plan!

After unboxing my TV a couple weeks after delivery, I found that it would not turn back on after the initial set-up. Geek Squad was amazing, and provided me with a new unit in less than 24 hours!!

I have not used this for my purchase recently, thoigh i will say my previous experiences with Geek Squad was useful to me.

Agents set up my new tv. However, it was frustrating getting them to come to my house. Miscommunications happened several times. But, overall, techs were very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions.

It’s a must to have the Geek Squad protect and repair any of your items! It’s definitely worth it!

I will not buy anything without this extended warranty because it is very convenient for me and the staff is very knowledgeable. Every time i ask a question i get a very knowledgeable response.

I purchased this for my big screen Vizio tv. The sound would go out but picture remained. I called geek squad, whk sent out z 3rd party repair in a couple days and he replaced the bad motherboard a week later.

Hope not to use it, but its good to know it is there.

A. They didnt laugh at us when we needed their hlep because we couldnt open the remote to put the batteries in B. Professional and knowledgeable

Good for if I need it, but a bit disappointing from their other coverage plans. Most of their other protection plans include accidental damage so if you bump into it or your pets run wild or something happens to it, they'll replace the item. But unsurprisingly as items get more expensive, they drop that option in their protection plans such as this one. I just hope if anything happens to the actual product itself that is a result of regular use, it's actually covered in this plan.
