I haven't had to use it for my TV I just purchased, but I've used their Geek Squad warranty before and I can say it's excellent.

Best thing about the plan is that it covers burn-in on OLED screens! Totally worth it if you’re using your screen as a monitor.

Peace of mind, hopefully won't be needed but will have it just in case

This is a smart purchase for the future. A previous purchased TV with the Geek Protection saved us big dollars. The TV was less than one year old and a system issue happened. The Geek Protection paid the original purchase price of the TV. YAY!

My experience with the home theater personnel was absolutely excellent.

As a former employee and someone who still shops at best buy a lot getting the protection plan is a no brainer for TVs and anything that has the "accidental handling" plan.

I just love the idea of a 5 year Geek Squad Protection plan. It covers everything including lightening. We live in Florida so that could be important. I do hope I never need to use this reasonably priced product!

Agent or nice and did a great job they bring it up to the stairs and left it on the front stairs and I had to bring it in but they still did a good job thank you

Great buy! I've used it twice already to troubleshoot problems with my computer since I purchased it. It turned out to be my hard drive and got free repairs, only having to buy the hardware. They were able to retrieve all of my data and transfer it to the new drive.

NA did not use Geek Squad this time around. Sorry.

We hope to not have to use this service but is nice to have it available. We feel like it will be good protection on the procduct and good comfort to know we have it.
