Geek Squad protection has been a great asset to me in the past. I always make sure to purchase the protection plan with my electronics. Geek Squad staff has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when I've needed them.

Its pretty much mandatory to get a warranty on a controller, better to have the warranty and not need it than to need one and not have it.

The 5 year protection plan was offered and honored without any problems in an expeditious manner.

So glad to be able to have this protection because with having 3 boys in the house, you never know what could happen.

It seems like whenever I finally need to use GeekSquad for something important.. they are unable to assist. A little frustrating, I don't pay for extra protection because doesn't seem worth it to me

I have not had to use this protection product but purchased it based on Best Buy's overall reputation and good personal experience in Best Buy stores. I believe it is fairly priced for the coverage provided.

I love best buy and they use to be the best but know its like they find loop holes to not service you device. I had a kids tablet that i bought in a package deal around Christmas i bought 4 plus the protection. My son cracked the screen a few months into having it so i took it back to best buy and they tell me its not worth fixing to just get another one so i did and took it to them they tell me since i got it on sale they will only give me the price i paid for it. Which was maybe 60 dollars. But the tablet was now worth 150 or 160 cant remember so i paid the amount i ended up adding to get the new tablet for the protection plan i could of kept that money and when this happened just bought him a new tablet it didnt make since for me to pay for the protection on a marked down product which if they would of told me i wouldnt of because it aint good for nothing on a item thats marked down. Unless its a very expensive marked down electronic.

I always purchase a geek squad protection plan but I hate the exaggerated price, specially on protection plans for video game consoles, laptops, TVs and other expensive products, please lower the price and a lot!

Glad to know I have added security just in case! Hoping I don't need to use it but glad it is there. I had some appliances short out after a huge thunderstorm and didn't have coverage on any of those items. Better to be safe than sorry!

I have renewed my Geek Squad coverage for the last 5 years. I’ve had wonderful service from them. Anytime I need assistance I can log in from home and most of the time they fix the problem in no time. When I have had to go to the store everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
