I bought this tv for my mom, and she loves it. The quality is amazing, just purchased a smaller one for my daughter.

If U need the Coverage its comforting knowing that you have five years if the need of repair or replacement arises

Used the service on a Vizio for my father a few years ago. Brought TV in and they couldn't fix it so we got a new one of the same price.

Don't know yet. If tcl doesn't warranty my tv we will see what Geek squad does. Geek squad doesn't kick in until tcl's non existent warranty ends.

I never had to use the geek squad but i feel it’s a goof thing to have just in cast.

I didn't have the Geek Squad do the installation. I just ordered the five year warranty.

I recently bought a TV and they can be smart but they can also break so by buying insurance gives me a piece of mind that if it stops working I can get it fixed and my money won’t go straight into the garbage

The kids there are knowledgeable, and prompt. They were efficient and were able to deliver service exactly when they said they would.

This is great easy to yse but nothing wrobg with my product so i didnt have to use it

I would have given 5 stars because the protection is good but Best Buy in store customer service tried to make me pay twice for Geek Squad protection if my son hadn't noticed

I highly recommend Geek Squad protection. We purchase it on all of our high priced electronics. It gives you peace of mind and you know that your items are protected. Nothing like getting an item replaced and not having to purchase a new one.

Tv colors are great,like the fact that when ibluetooth headphones they connect immediately

Always get this with any expensive items. They are knowledgeable and try and fix the issue. Have had extended service plans with other companies and it’s like pulling teeth to get anything done. It is worth the extra money for peace of mind.
