My samsung tv went on the blink. I had purchased a five year warranty and I am glad I did. Best Buy replaced my TV at no cost to me. The only thing I paid for was another 5 year warranty. Great to have. Would not be without it.

I love the coverage that is offered and would recommend to anyone buying anything worth protecting.

I had a Samsung 32” tv that died after 2 years. Such a disappointment. So I bought a 32” Toshiba smart tv and purchased the 5 year warranty at a reasonable price.

2 year protection, hopefully I won't need it. I guess we'll see how good it is if we have to try to use it.

I haven't had to use geek squad for my recent product purchase but I have used them in the past. They are great.. quick and know what they are doing. It's always good to have protecting especially with technology these days. Could get you a new tv for that price !

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS BUY THE PROTECTION PLANS AT BEST BUY!!!!! It is a no brainer to pay a few extra dollars and protect your investment against defects and just plain old bad luck! And Best Buy makes it super easy!

Had a 2015 Samsung screen die a week before warranty was up(planned obsolescence?) and BB gave me full refund and honored warranty. It's also the ONLY warranty to cover the specific term "burn-in" for OLED. Great warranty!
