The delivery was awesome. The tv was brought in the house all we had to do was take it out of the box.

Don’t know if this is good or not, haven’t needed to use it much

When it comes to TV's and laptops, I always get a two year warranty because you just never know with technology when they will go bad. I had a TV two years ago that the remote went bad after three months of ownership. This plan gave me a replacement remote. Thankfully I have not had a TV or laptop go bad on me. But this gives me peace of mind.

Very useful guarantees and personnel too. The product never got damaged but they always answered my questions

I had purchased a 43 inch Samsung TV about two and a half years ago along with the protection plan. The TV stopped working properly, I contacted the Geek Squad no problem they gave a full refund for the TV.

Working fine and grateful to have it in my house. Excellent cleanup at every corner.

Any repair is costly and returns for failed equipment can be painful. I purchased the longest amount of time (5 yr) because it is just good insurance. I only wish it covered accidental failure, like you can get on other types of equipment.

I made a great purchase with this because you never know when your items will break down and you need T guarantee for repair you can’t beat it would definitely recommend to my friend

I have used Geek Squad protections plans for as long as I can remember. For anything of high dollar value it is imperative to get the protection plan. I have had to use it a few times in the past and they went above and beyond for the service I needed.

I haven't used jt yet. But is nice to k ow the Geek Squad us there to help anytime. :)

Bought my parents a tv and having a 5 year protection plan makes a great bundle. I don't have to worry about anything going wrong because best buy ill fix any issue for five years.

Havent had to use them yet but since i bought an oled there the only ones i know of with a 5yr warranty that covers burn in so i have no worries.

Hard to give a review when we haven't had to use it. It is a great price considering how much replacement parts cost.

Television works fine and I am satisfied with the performance.
