I always get the protection package because in my house I almost always need it.

I have not used the geek squad for my new tv and hope I do not need to but I have used them for a laptop in the past and was very pleased with their help.

We use the Geek squad for everything we purchase at Best Buy. Delivery is quick and they are professional in every way. The service is one you shouldn’t pass up.

Have not had to use the protection plan yet. But what I understand that these OLED TVs can be very pricey to fix and if anything were to arise it sis best to have something backing you up and for five years the cost is minimal!

So far I have not used them for this product. But I have used them before and yhe service was good. But it is just as a back up to buy the 5 year protection just in case.

I love the Samsung TV. They are good quality TVs. I have purchased 3 in the past month. I would highly recommend.

Since this is our very first time purchasing a flat screen TV, I was a little worried about the possibility of future repairs. We are on a tight budget and could not afford costly repairs!
